Role: Brand and Talent Assistant
Contract type: Part-time, freelancer role – 2 days a week, can be split over a number of days

The Role:
This role is pivotal in supporting Spud’s consultancy and management efforts, ensuring seamless coordination of campaign execution, content tracking and reporting. You’ll also have the opportunity to engage in brand outreach and assisting in our talent management to help provide first class service for our roster.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for content tracking and stats reporting for our consultancy clients

  • Organising product seeding for our consultancy clients

  • Working with the Director to assist with day-to-day running of brand partnership campaigns

  • Help manage talent inboxes

  • Brand outreach for our talent

  • Work alongside the wider team for Spud success

  • General team admin support

  • Occasional travel abroad may be required to support brand trips and organisation including itineraries and travel booking

Key skills required:

  • Passion and good understanding of social media, with a focus on digital advertising

  • Detail-oriented and highly organised

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Process oriented and strong time-keeping skills

  • Strong computer literacy skills with a focus on Excel/ spreadsheets

  • Great interpersonal skills, able to forge strong relationships with people of all levels (internally & externally)

  • Must be able to work as a freelancer in Jersey

Desired skills:

  • Experience in a social media marketing role

  • Experience creating social content

  • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in relevant discipline
